Ingredients for six muffins:

125g plain flour

75gram whole-meal flour

200gram porridge oats

3 tablespoon baking powder

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon salt (omit for baby)

75gram brown sugar (omit for baby)

3 tablespoon sunflower oil

2 eggs

250mililiter full-fat milk

2 mashed bananas

125gram mixed berries

How to cook?

Preheat your oven at 200°C. Now, grease your muffin tray and make lines with muffin papers. Have a bowl and add flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt with sugar, and mix gently. Take another bowl then add the sunflower oil, eggs, milk, and mix well.

Add your dry mixed ingredients in the wet ingredient’s bowl and stir it again. When the mixture looks even then, add mashed bananas and berries.

Put mixture equally into muffin tins and place the muffin tray in the oven. After 20 minutes, insert a toothpick in a muffin in order to check the quality; if it is clean, that means your toddler muffins are ready to serve. Let them cool first and serve with fruit jam.

Ingredients for six cupcakes:

300gram raisins

1 courgette

2 heaped tablespoon peanut butter

1 large egg

4 tablespoon oat flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

3 tablespoon Greek yogurt (for icing)

2 tablespoon peanut butter (for icing)

How to cook?

Preheat your oven at 180°C. Have a cupcake tray, and set six muffin papers on it and place aside. Have a bowl and add all the raisins + add boiling water in it and let these soak for 5 minutes. Now keep them out and blend with hand properly.

Have another large bowl and grill the courgette. Mix this in peanut butter, half quantity of meshed raisins, and egg. Later add oat flour and baking powder in this bowl and mix well. Leave this mixture for a few minutes and then pour it into each portion of the cupcake.

Bake this tray for 15 to twenty minutes and serve after toping. Make sure your toddler cupcakes are ready; you can use a toothpick for checking quality.

It is time to icing so; take them out from the tray and place on a wire rack for further procedure. Put a small bowl and add peanut butter, yogurt, and remaining raisin and use a spoon to mix well. Look if this mixture looks too thinner, then you may use some oat flour for thickness.

My last but not the least tried recipe for toddler snacks is Toddler biscotti. You can easily make this snack at your home without anyone’s help. You will surely like this salt-free recipe. May few market products promise for healthful biscotti, but don’t have to rely upon, if you can make these by own.

Often parents would love to make this recipe for their teething age baby. This is a time taking recipe, but don’t worry once you make, then you can use these for a few days. Not only toddlers but your elder kids will also like these biscotti. This one is a treating snack that you may serve with wholesome milk.

Ingredients for biscotti:

125g plain flour

100g wholemeal flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 eggs, whisked

1 egg yolk

1 tbsp full-fat milk

How to cook?

Preheat the oven on 180°C and then set a baking tray along with parchment paper. For making dough, have a bowl and put all dry ingredients in it. Add beaten eggs in the bowl and try to make the fair dough.

Once your dough seems in the form, then divide it into two portions in your baking tray and set well. Bake this settled tray for 20 to 25 minutes. Look your mixture when it seems golden brown, then you can remove it out.

Now wait a while and let this tray cool. After a few minutes, you can cut this baking tray into the biscotti shape. Let your oven heated at 160°C and place this biscotti tray again in the oven. This time your baking time will remain under for 15 to 20 minutes until biscotti looks golden brown and leave dry texture.

Remove the tray and place all biscottis on a wired rack for cool. Believe me! these will smell tasty. Now, it is time to serve these snacks to your toddler.
